DCH´s contributions target societal issues and leverage our expertise in food, logistics and motor businesses. Our philanthropic donation, sponsorship and community services are focusing on care and assistance for the underprivileged, children and the elderly across Hong Kong, mainland China and beyond. Elderly home visits, donation to Food Bank, sponsorship of Oxfam rice sale and trail-walker, programmes for the underprivileged children, children with serious illness or learning disabilities are among the diverse activities that we involve in.

Being an employer of choice, we support, reward, develop and motivate our employees appropriately. Staff development and wellness are our priorities. We offer a wide spectrum of professional and leadership skills training courses and seminars as well as recreational activities for staff of all levels on an ongoing basis. On a regular basis, we also organize activities for our staffs and their families.
